Ideal candidates should have attentional to detail, problem solving skills, the ability to communicate efficiently, and be reliable.

Most important abilities/functions of this role?

• Produce a quality product. – Attention to detail, read and understand job specifications and layouts, catch and/or bring attention to errors.
• Work safely and identify any unsafe practices.
• Understand our manufacturing expedite list. – Requires attention to detail and an ability to allocate resources and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Adapt to changing schedule throughout the day. - Requires ability to switch priorities and focus on what tasks need to complete by end of day.
• Delegate the task list to others in the department if needed.
• Trouble-shoot issues, working with production team, scheduling, customer service and others to quickly resolve.

Job Functions Include (Experience is preferred/will train):

• Review and follow job ticket to determine proper laminate or overlay to apply
• Surface any production challenges and/or specification inconsistencies with lead or manager
• Update job ticket for any changes to production plan
• Correctly set up job to meet specifications and requirements
• Keep any quality errors separate
• Work safely at all times
• Deliver job to correct staging area for next operation
• Adhere to all maintenance processes and schedules
• Maintain proper inventory of all department consumables
