Shipping Specialist

Basic Function:

The Shipping Specialist is responsible for shipping and fulfillment responsibilities as well as GM parts packaging.  They will follow all documented processes for the shipping/GM packaging area and are expected to help maintain a focused, safe, and respectful environment.  All responsibilities will be performed in a timely manner.  The Shipping Specialist works well in a team setting and prioritizes clear communication.

Reports to: Production Lead

Objective and Overview:

• Adhere to our lean vision and DuraMark values
• Obtain and process all fulfillment orders
• Ensure accuracy of orders and packing slips
• Fill all customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain excellent service by following organizations standards of quality and shipping best-practices
• May be required to assist in receiving and inventory pick as needed by the Group Leader
