VP of Sales & Marketing
The Opportunity
DuraMark Technologies is seeking a skilled leader to join our Leadership Team as the VP of Sales and Marketing. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the company’s organic growth, overseeing business development, customer service, and account management teams. This senior leadership position requires a strong, strategic thinker with excellent leadership capabilities, a customer-centric mindset, and a solid understanding of operational processes.
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this person will be accountable for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals for revenue growth and market expansion. Taking on a team of 16 out of the gate — spanning three areas — this person will have an exceptional ability to lead, mentor and coach.

What the Role Entails
The following are detailed performance objectives for the VP of Sales and Marketing. When measuring overall aptitude and cultural fit, all candidates will be benchmarked using these standards.
90 Days Performance Objectives
- Learn our people, business systems and structure, technologies and overall objectives
- Begin assessment of our existing teams, as well as the sales and marketing data/strategies; begin to formulate a plan
- Assess the intersection of our CSM and Account Management platforms and how they be leveraged more efficiently
180 Day Performance Objectives
- Manage relationships with clients to ensure success and retention; ideally driving referrals for new business
- Plan in motion to enhance organic revenue
- Full ownership of the Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Customer Services teams; any necessary changes or updates mapped out
365 Day Performance Objectives (and Ongoing)
- Strengthening DuraMark’s brand presence in the market by creating a compelling value proposition and driving targeted marketing campaigns.
- Continue to work closely with the executive team, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities, and contributing to broader organizational strategies.
- On track to meet and exceed company revenue and growth margin goals
