Position Overview

The Business Systems & IT Analyst (“Analyst”) is responsible for maximizing the day-to-day functionality of our ERP system (NetSuite) and other business/IT applications to meet DuraMark’s current and growing business needs. This role supports critical business strategies by managing NetSuite development, implementation, and maintenance while collaborating cross-functionally with all departments, business leaders, and third-party partners.

As a result of the recent acquisition, we have engaged a long-standing trusted partner to help implement NetSuite at our new Minnesota location in 2025. The Analyst will play a key role in fostering team cohesiveness during the ERP implementation process and provide ongoing system support. This will ensure NetSuite and other applications effectively meet user needs, maintain data integrity, and align with organizational growth objectives. This position offers high visibility within the company, allowing the Analyst to make a significant impact on operations across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Management

• Maintain and configure the NetSuite ERP system to align with evolving business needs.
• Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations as needed.
• Develop, test, and deploy system customizations using partners and consultants.
• Provide end-user training and maintain proper system access and role assignments.
• Manage the change management and release process for bi-annual NetSuite upgrades.

Data Integrity and Reporting

• Create and support saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity through robust policies, procedures, and governance.
• Develop and document guidelines for system usage and customization.
• Support financial data management

General IT Support

• Act as the primary internal contact for NetSuite and all other IT/software applications/integrations.
• Collaborate with departments to evaluate and integrate new technology solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between DuraMark Technologies and third-party IT firms.
• Assist with ad-hoc IT tasks in conjunction with the third-party managed services provider.
• Manage new and ongoing projects, working with internal teams and external partners.

AI Integration Leadership

• Lead initiatives to explore and integrate AI-driven applications into business processes, enhancing efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions in areas such as reporting, automation, and customer engagement.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend strategies to incorporate them into DuraMark's systems and operations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., v-lookups, pivot tables).
• Strong business systems and IT expertise.
• Effective communication skills, adaptable to all levels of the organization.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• ERP system administration and configuration experience in complex environments.
• Familiarity with CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to travel to other facilities (3-5 weeks per year).

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing business systems or IT applications.
• ERP Implementations and NetSuite experience are a plus, but not required
• SQL and data analytics experience.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and API connections.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, IT or a related field.

Location and Additional Requirements

This position is located in Westfield, IN. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and willing to relocate to Westfield if necessary. Additionally, occasional travel is our Minnesota location will be required.
