DuraMark is a specialty printer with over 75 years of experience. Our talented team utilizes advanced technology to create high-quality specialty printed products. We provide prompt services and quick turnarounds by understanding our customers' vision and specifications. We have secured new contracts and are growing quickly!

Ideal candidates should have experience in Shipping and Receiving. Your main responsibility will be to pick, pack, and ship daily orders, as well as ensure that all incoming shipments are properly received, inspected, and stored. You'll also create and print shipping labels for platforms such as FedEx and UPS. You must have attention to detail, be able to multitask and adapt to a changing schedule, have problem-solving skills, and be competent on a computer. Preference will be given to those with inventory management experience, experience with NetSuite ERP, a CDL, and/or experience in Shipping/Receiving in a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will be able to work Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

Most important abilities/functions of this role?

• Ensure that orders ship on time and meet customer's expectations for delivery
• Accuracy and detail oriented to ensure shipment details, locations, and specifications are correct
• Ability to work safely at all times and promote a safe work environment.
• Adapt to changing schedule throughout the day. - Requires ability to switch priorities and focus on what tasks need to complete by end of day.
• Stay up to date with changing technologies
• Tactful communication and respectful as you'll be working with production, customers, and Customer Service Representatives
• Organization Skills
• The ability to lift 50 pounds

Full-time positions come with full health benefits the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees are eligible for the 401k plan following 2 consecutive months of employment. Compensation is based on experience. 

Job Functions Include (Experience is strongly preferred):

• Work from the shipping line list
• Read all job notes on the line list
• Work with CSR team for any changes and/or corrections that need to be made
• Verify the correct shipping method and location is being used
• Confirm that received product matches packing slip- check for damaged product
• Pick and pull parts from stock
• Assist in inventory
• Make labels
• Adhere to all maintenance processes and schedules
• Maintain proper inventory of all department consumables
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned by supervisors
